Can anyone give me direction as to how to submit a request for battle staff since now it's mostly taught through HTC?

I'm in an OPS slot and need to get Battle staff and having a hard time routing the 4187

Are you talking about submitting the 4187 through your unit or getting an ATRRS slot? Battle Staff has been taught mostly through VTC from USASMA with Battle Staff Qualified NCO's used as AI's on location for the past couple of years

I was trying to go through my schools but they having trouble routing it to the right location. Being it is taught as VTC and I am trying to get a specific location. That is where the problem is.
