I had to get a medical waiver as I had been recovering from major blood loss due to internal bleeding. Since then I have fully recovered and I am now serving as a Drill Sergeant. At the time I could only get a LOR from a CW3. I just need some advice on how to strengthen my packet to resubmit after the 1 year wait period. I am a 13B, Airborne and MRT level 1, current enrolled in college studying Computer Science with 52 credits and no flight experience. Can anyone give some advice on resubmitting a WOFT packet after a NS-NC on my second board? 2018-11-26T12:20:25-05:00 SSG Private RallyPoint Member 4159845 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I received a NS-NC for the June board. It&#39;s very hard to talk about yourself, but I&#39;m sure as a SSG you have done a few things for the Army. Try to get a CW5 for your recommendation letter. Most of the CW5&#39;s are well known. That may increase your chances for selecting. If you&#39;d like I could review your DA61. I used to be a 13B so I can critique it.
