You can however attach one, and any other document you want the panel to review. I submitted without one. I don&#39;t see the point in having some major or 51C SGM who never met me nor worked with me recommend me for a position. I decided to just attach an award I received in a logistics role that an 0-5 put in for me. Eagerly awaiting the results at the end of the month, good luck!
