Can anyone help me write a Letter of recommendation to re-class to 51C MOS?

Goodmorning,
I am trying to re-class to 51C proponent, but need some help in regards to writing a Letter of recommendation. Do any of you gentlemen or ladies here have any examples on LOR who have re-classed to this MOS? Also, how difficult was it for you to be selected for this MOS?
P.S, this is my first ever post.
