Only authorized members of the military may take it away from you. That would include military law enforcement. For example if your restaurant and they offer military discount they say I need to see your ID to show it to my manager the manager should come to you. I could use the information from it to locate a DL in NCIC. The only ID I'm allowed to seize from someone is a DL that is suspended or revoked, but not a CAC card. A gate guard stated that the rank on my cac was invalid when asked for my pay grade and said they would confiscate it if I don’t update it soon. Nothing else was wrong. All prints were legible and scan fine. Not expired. Can they legally do that? PO2 Private RallyPoint Member Thu, 12 Dec 2019 05:55:58 -0500 2019-12-12T05:55:58-05:00 2016-04-25T01:09:59-04:00
