Can anyone tell me if they have ever had a problem banking with USAA?

SGT Jen Roy I have been with them for about 25 years now and I've never had any issues with USAA. I like them and use them for multiple products and services.

I've been with USAA about 5 years, I haven't had any issues, but I was a little disappointed they wouldn't approve a conventional mortgage loan. The only reasoning was I had too short of a credit history, and my credit history started when I was 16 and is around 760. Yes, I could have qualified for a VA loan, but I was trying to purchase an investment property.

Been with USAA since 1992. I've used other banks here and there. But, NO issue with USAA. They've served me well for saving, checking, investments, and the like. If I had to choose between USAA and any other, it's USAA for me.
