SGT Private RallyPoint Member6200801<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>In July I attended a range where mid qual I was rushed off the range to get my pregnant wife to the hospital due to complications. I had shot enough to technically qual however never finished so my qual was not suppose to count. Apparently this never got relayed to ops and they uploaded my qual as a 23..... I’ve never shot lower than a 37 and my last 3 quals have been 39s. They uploaded this while I was in YTC so I didn’t have a way to catch it. Now it’s the 12th and points need to be submitted by the 8th so for this month I’m out 120 points and I’ve been waiting to pick up for a year. I have maxed correspondence, a decent PT score, a decent amount of awards and had an almost perfect qual, now I dropped from 381-261. Is there anywayCan HRC fix promotion points past the 8th of the month?2020-08-12T20:12:55-04:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member6200801<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>In July I attended a range where mid qual I was rushed off the range to get my pregnant wife to the hospital due to complications. HRC has said that they will not hear about any issues that have happened at a lower level dealing with qualifications because this should be something that is constantly being checked by BN and BDE S1s as well as by yourself and CoCs. HRC will basically just tell you sorry but no wait til next month.Response by SSG Benjamin C. made Aug 12 at 2020 8:30 PM2020-08-12T20:30:20-04:002020-08-12T20:30:20-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member6201013<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you look in the reg you will see that HRC absolutely will not for any reason consider any exceptions based on the unit making mistakes.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 12 at 2020 9:45 PM2020-08-12T21:45:00-04:002020-08-12T21:45:00-04:00CSM Charles Hayden Passed 7/29/20256201297<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><a class="dark-link bold-link" role="profile-hover" data-qtip-container="body" data-id="898057" data-source-page-controller="question_response_contents" href="/profiles/898057-12n-horizontal-construction-engineer">SGT Private RallyPoint Member</a> You left out the important information: how are your wife and newborn child doing?Response by CSM Charles Hayden Passed 7/29/2025 made Aug 13 at 2020 12:06 AM2020-08-13T00:06:40-04:002020-08-13T00:06:40-04:002020-08-12T20:12:55-04:00
