Work with HRC to see if they will wait for you to finish your deployment with an AGR report date upon your return (work out details if you want to take the leave or roll it over into AGR time, etc.). I have seen others try to get AGR and come home early to report. Key thing is contact HRC if you are offered a position and work it out with them.
