I was promoted July 2023 and want to be as strong of a candidate as possible to pick up when the time comes. I&#39;m AMEDD, so I know it will be at the zone and not below. I am finishing up Company Command (already past my 2-year mark, but I am able to do a warm hand-off with the incoming Commander). Once complete in early 2025 I will pick up some additional duty schools but I also want to get started on ILE.
