I was a 11B40PL throughout my army career. if you are were unable to perform in that capacity, you were either chaptered out or reclassified. Sometimes those in the admin sections make mistakes. Profiles are basically limited/temporary and they give you the opportunity to recover and if you cannot, you end up with a medical discharge and get a percentage for your disability/s. 11Bs is one of those MOSs where you have to be at a 100%. You can&#39;t ask for any discharge boards. 2. You do need to talk to your health providers and see if they had recommended a MEB, and maybe they should up date it. If they did then ask your command why it isn&#39;t being dome. If nothing else check to see if they have put you on a perm profile r not. That changes lots of things.
