Yes, JKO, Skillsoft, college courses, schools, your PT test, weapons qual among other things give you promotion points from the beginning, some more than others. Start nailing those correspondence courses and you'll be already ahead too. I would max every aspect if I were you.

Yes you can, I have 330 something points right now. Check your PPW (Promotion Points Worksheet) on google
