<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If there are no slots for her, there are a few options she can do. <br /><br />1) Fly back to the states once a month to attend her monthly BTA's. <br /><br />2) She can speak with her unit and see if she can get approval to RST (Rescheduled Training) with a unit in Korea every month and just submit 1380's to her unit.<br /><br />Those are about the only options I can think of.MSG Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 26 Jul 2019 18:08:55 -04002019-07-26T18:08:55-04:00Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jul 26 at 2019 7:56 PM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>There is quarterly drilling units in Hawaii I believe still or other options, there should be units in Korea/ Japan just depending on her MOS or if willing to reclass or go in I'm MOS immaterial, she could also consider going IMA. Have her get with her Career CounselorSFC Private RallyPoint MemberFri, 26 Jul 2019 19:56:44 -04002019-07-26T19:56:44-04:00Response by CW4 Craig Urban made Jul 27 at 2019 12:43 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If a position isn't available, she could try to:<br />1. Get permission to RST with a local unit<br />2. Transfer to IMA unit - they do all their drills together, so 3-4 weeks consecutively once a year and they pay for 1 way travel unfortunately you have to pay the other half the travel<br />3. Transfer to the IRR where she wouldn't have to drill - may not get <br />'good years' toward retirementMAJ Private RallyPoint MemberSat, 27 Jul 2019 16:39:19 -04002019-07-27T16:39:19-04:00Response by SFC Jim Ruether made Jul 28 at 2019 8:11 PM
