Can i change medical papers at Meps?

So my recruiter could not find any hospital paperwork for my broken wrist. He told me to not worry about it and sent me to MEPS. I passed everything in the MEPS physical but the weigh in. Im worried if I apply for top secert clearance theyll find out and discharge me. Can i go back and change this?

Your recruiter told you not to worry about it because if you bring it up, MEPS will demand to see paperwork for it. Technically not correct, but more of a simple solution to a simple problem. If you do bring it up, your process may halt until you get the medical documentation for it.
At no point in the clearance questionnaire does it ask about your hospital visits for physical health. If it did, you would only have to reveal it. Clearance investigators don't share your information, they just determine if you're eligible for a clearance. Unless you confess to a crime they're obligated to report, what is in your clearance stays between you and the clearance granting facility.

Omission is in the same class as lying, and can bit you in the ass. Everyone undergoes clearance they will probably find it regardless the level of clearance. Save your own butt- contact the hospital yourself and have the paperwork ready to hand off- let MEPS decide- it might cost sometime- but it is better than being chaptered out down the road,

My son broke both his radius and ulna when he was 6 and we did not have any hospital paperwork on it. We (his mother and I) both had to write a letter explaining the injury and corrective medical steps taken. Then the recruiter sent it up for waiver. This may have been required as he broke the same bones again in a different place when he was 16, but we were able to get the paperwork on that from the Doctor who attended that injury.
