Can I change my contract before basic?

So I have already been to MEPS and shipping off in January 2020. I wanted LRP in my contract but was told no at the time at MEPS. Is there a way I can get it in my contract before I go?

You can do a search on "contract" but your best results will come from talking to a recruiter.

Ask your recruiter if it’s possible. So long you are not in a Reserve Componet contract, you are not obliged until you sign and take your Oath prior to ship out.

Yes, you have to request the "Fort Polk" option. Just tell your recruiter. They'll hook you up.
