<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Here is the issue: if you were issued a RE-4, you would have to prove it was erroneous to get it upgraded. If it accurately reflected the reason behind your discharge, they will not upgrade it.CPT Private RallyPoint MemberSun, 08 Feb 2015 14:17:20 -05002015-02-08T14:17:20-05:00Response by SPC James Mcneil made Feb 9 at 2015 9:15 AM

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I should amend this question as I was mislead (or confused myself - which seems to occur every now and again when you're involved in so much stuff as I am). I received a 2Q reentry code - medically retired/discharged. I believe, somewhere along my journey, I was told this would be like getting a 4 code changed, hence the confusion.SSgt Private RallyPoint MemberMon, 09 Feb 2015 13:38:06 -05002015-02-09T13:38:06-05:00Response by PFC David Richards made Oct 19 at 2017 9:24 PM
