The current policy for reclassification prior to shipping typically requires 100 days between the date of request and ship date. However, you&#39;re in the National Guard. That means you assessed (entered into service) the day you enlisted. This may not be so much a matter of your command &quot;not working with you&quot; than &quot;you&#39;re already in&quot;.<br /><br />Bro, if you&#39;re having second thoughts after going through the entire process of enlisting, reviewing and signing legally binding contracts, etc... this may not be for you. However, if after reading this you&#39;re still on board to serve, you should ship out.<br /><br />Either way, I wish you the best of luck. You made a hard decision that most people won&#39;t.
