The facts are that as part of your Chapter 10 discharge, you admitted guilt to at least one of your charges, and accepted the administrative discharge. I seriously doubt that, even with her admission and evidence, that the Army would let you back in. It was your choice to accept the discharge, and your choice to admit guilt. You might be able to upgrade your discharge though, for the sake of VA benefits if nothing else.
