Can I change/ upgrade my RE code 4 and separation code with the evidence that my wife used extortion to force my separation?

Hello, I am asking if it's possible to change/ upgrade my RE and Separation codes because I want to go back into service but because my wife made false allegations and gave CID her statement saying if I didn't give her custody she was going to say D.V. all supporting evidence from FAP, CPS, CID, NCIS stating her allegations were false due to adultry and wanting custody.
None of which were taken into consideration until the week before the court martial then they pushed a chapter 10.
With all that can I change the codes and get back into service?

Dude you need to talk to a lawyer about that. The facts are that as part of your Chapter 10 discharge, you admitted guilt to at least one of your charges, and accepted the administrative discharge. I seriously doubt that, even with her admission and evidence, that the Army would let you back in. It was your choice to accept the discharge, and your choice to admit guilt. You might be able to upgrade your discharge though, for the sake of VA benefits if nothing else.

All the resources. I think You'll need an attorney in your case. Even is you get it to an RE3, you'll still need a waiver.
