Can I get early reenlistment and PCS early? Or extend my contract to be able to come down on new orders quicker?

You can go airborne with one year on station and you will PCS, regardless of your reenlistment window.
Otherwise, you can reenlist when you're 15 months from ETS. Your report date to your new unit will not be earlier than 24 months from when you arrived at your current station.

You normally can't re-enlist til the last year of your contract- there are set time limits before you can PCS.
