Ineligible for enlistment unless a waiver is granted. The Separation Code of “JGH” applies when an applicant was discharged for not meeting retention standards of the Army. So evidently you timed out for your rank? It looks like you are eligible for reenlistment so go and talk to an Army Reserve or National Guard recruiter. Best of luck! Don't let little things like few recruiters in your area stop you. I've been fighting to get my RE3 waived for 17 years & just found a recruiter last year that was willing to fight like hell to get me back in. Its a long process because the waiver has to go through so many offices, but it if is what you want, it is worth it! A Army Reserve Recruiter knows how to do this. I did this myself with the same codes. Do I still go after this waiver and keep trying, or do I give up and face the fact that I won't ever get back in?
