<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I assume what you&#39;re asking is if you can be granted your promotable status back because you discovered you were pregnant after your APFT. No, you cannot. Your command would have to state that the Flagg was erroneous, but it wasn&#39;t because you were flagged before the pregnancy profile was initiated. You will have to attend the board again unless you have enough time to be on the MLI.

My wife had to hold off on her E-5 as well because she got pregnant right as her unit was fixing to promote her and didn&#39;t have an updated APFT and range qual.<br /><br />Hang in there, she got her stripes eventually... though she made clear that everything was all my fault. ;)

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You probably shouldn&#39;t require a re-board if the pregnancy was verified a couple of days after the height and weight check. Have your Command review paragraphs 6.2c. and 2.9a.(5), AR 600-8-2 as well as tables 2-1 and 2-2. The determining factor is not when the pregnancy profile was initiated. It is whether the primary care provider determines whether the pregnancy occurred before the flag. Since they removed the flag, it sounds like the determination was made, if not, it is pretty simple for the to estimate the date of conception from your medical records. If you were already pregnant prior to being enrolled the ABCP the removal code should be KZ. The Z means the flag was erroneous. If the flag was erroneous the is was void and should have no adverse effects such as removal from the promotion list. If you became pregnant after entry into then the flag should have remained in effect until you were in compliance with AR 600-9 and removal from the list was proper.
