According to AMEDDC&S Pam 350-10 Dated 2 Jan 2004 Section 2-1 paragraph B subparagraph 5, "Score a minimum of 180 points on the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT), with a minimum of 60 points in each event, within 6 months of the test-end date. Alternate events are not authorized. Soldiers with medical profiles prohibiting participation in any of the three events are ineligible to compete."
