Can I join the Army with Lichen Simplex Chronicus (LSC)?

I knew nothing about it tell I went into meps. They said they don't know how I got it but its not a problem. I want to know my chances of getting in with it. Personally I looked it up and didn't see why it was a problem. ITs not a health risk or contagious.

If MEPS says NO Problem, then there isn't a problem, get over it!

I developed this condition after I had been in the service for 12 years. I haven't had any issues deploying, the only "issue" that has come up is I cannot get the smallpox vaccination. That being said getting in with it may be an entirely different issue. Good luck!
