You need to be off meds for a spell. This is a decision that only you and your mental health provider can answer. But I will say that the military doesn't do well at adapting to the needs of an individual. If you don't adapt well, you will be cast aside in short order.

If you pressed me for an answer, I'd suggest you try anything other than military service.

https://www.operationmilitarykids.org/military-disqualifications-for-mental-health/

Military Disqualifications for Mental Health - Operation Military Kids

See our list of 9 military disqualifications for mental health, including what to do if you have depression, anxiety, bipolar, ptsd, and more.

Maj John Bell Sun, 02 Jan 2022 04:17:30 -0500 2022-01-02T04:17:30-05:00 Response by SSgt Christophe Murphy made Jan 2 at 2022 4:59 PM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/can-i-join-the-military-as-a-social-worker-even-though-i-take-medication?n=7454471&urlhash=7454471

On the surface without knowing the details I am leaning towards you having slim to no odds in getting in with those pre-existing conditions. Very few of us on here are Doctors so only the Doctors and IN processing personnel are the ones who can deny your request but it will be difficult. The DOD is pretty strict with any pre-existing issues but those are some heavy duty issues you are dealing with. I know plenty of folks who have all been DQ'd with those individual issues and having all of them at once will be tough.

I seriously suggest you find another way of serving.
