Can I move back to the BSB if there’s no work for me to do in the FCS?

I recently got moved to an FSC from the BSB because they “needed a 91J” but they don’t have any equipment that falls under my MOS and all im doing is cross-training, and while I was at the BSB there was plenty of work for me to do. Is there anything I can do to go back to the BSB?
