You can, but better question is why would you? Throw on some comfy civi gear and go nuts.

I do, off base, and out of sight....meaning I'm in the woods. But as far as regulations, nothing I'm aware of saying you CAN'T. Just be within AR 670-1 and you'll be golden

Hello LT, absolutely! Pay no mind to the naysayers. Keep your uniform the same, just add the 60lb ruck. Don;t forget your safety belt and headlamp.
