No BS I don’t give a rats @ss what your negative comments are just be strait forward. I got chapter 13 for pt failure. Failed run by two seconds then by seven seconds. I’m out processing and it’s hitting me pretty hard that I made a mistake and I need to come back in. Never been in a lick of trouble stellar soldier besides running... honorable discharge with really high as an 130 GT and from what jag told me I can come right back in after 90 days. Don’t have 214 until next week at my final out. What are the realistic chances of me getting back into the military? 11B would consider reclass due to new ACFT. No bs I like it strait forward.

1. Learn how to spell /edit your posts. 2. Yes you screwed the pooch and it is your own damn fault. 3. Anything to trying to come back in has to go thru a recruiter, it will take a waiver for the chapter, and that will take time. 4 Suggest you pick out a gym when you get home and start making up for lost time. I don't give a damn about you or your failure, your fault, waivers to get back in after showing the world you couldn't pass a simple APFT are not easy, cause we wasted money/time on your already. Oh, by the way FIX your Damn attitude before you see a recruiter- you are begging to come in- its not a right but a privilege!

Yeah, he really shouldn't be so vitriolic when he is asking people for help.

Your ability to re-enter service entirely depends on your block 26 separation code, and your block 27 reentry code.
if you have block 26 codes L, H, or J. you have problems.
If you have block 27 code 3, or 4, you also have problems.
Talk to a recruiter once you have your DD214 Member 4, and ask what the block 26 codes mean. go from there. don't be my dumb ass and screw yourself for life.

I hate to partially contradict you SFC Johnston, however, diet and knowing what to eat, when to eat, and how often to eat are vital to workouts. Furthermore, knowing your calorie requirements, physical tolerances, body type, etc are ALSO vital.
An excellent resource for this is "Extreme Muscle Enhancement, 3rd edition" written by Carlon M. Colker, MD, FACN. The book is a pro body builder book, but gives a lot of factual emphasis on knowing your body.
There are many other resources and book for exercise and nutrition, some which I can relate to whoever needs it. Along with what you wrote SFC Johnston, I recommend both of our posts to Pv2 Rosequist.
