Thanks Master Sargent. The reason was for disorderly conduct with my girlfriend payed all my fines and did some classes. This happen 3 years ago

What happened to get the discharge? What’s your recode? What’s in the narrative for separation? What have you done since leaving the military? Why should they take another chance on you?

Call a recruiter, however, with an OTH I wouldn't bet on it, especially now since the Army is cracking down on booting people out who are causing issues.

NO, NO, NO- Last I heard they weren't waiving anything but H with low re-up codes. You can apply for an upgrade- that is now easier- and then maybe enlist

At one time, an OTH was actually called an Undesirable Discharge.

You should probably see about getting it upgraded to a general discharge. More than likely with anything less than a GD you aren't getting back in.

Spoke to a recruiter the other day. He stated a waiver for that would be mo problem. He just got a guy back in with a re code 3

I’m hoping the guard opens up waivers and suitability reviews for oth’s. I’ve been consulting recruiters in California for the last 4 years and no one has given the go ahead for a waiver submission. Some people deserve a second chance if they have had stellar post service conduct.
