Can I recertify off swank health alone or do I have to do 68W Table VIIIs as well?

Army Recruiter Medic. Completed all necessary CEs for recertication on Swank Health. Do I still need to go do Table VIIIs? Can I recertify by exam on the NREMT Website?
No one really gives me a clear answer. I start terminal leave in November and am due to recert by June 30th. Getting a lot of pushback regarding TDY.
