Can I reclass to 35L as a SSG?

No. 35L is currently closed to SSGs.

Only in the National Guard. For active component you would have to drop down a grade at present. I do know of people who have gotten around this by re-classing in the National Guard and then going active but this presents obvious issues as there are no guarantees doing it this way.

If you're an NCO, why wouldn't you just look at the recruiting website for the answer? If your soldiers asked you, would you tell them to ask Facebook for the answer, or would you look up the answer?

Retention has the answer.
There's always an IN-OUT list of all MOSs and just look up 35L.

SSG Private RallyPoint Member You cannot reclass to 35L as a SSG in the Active component. We are at strength and unable to provide waivers unless you were already accepting to attend the training.
