<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Usually, you need to be in the MOS for 12 months before you request reclassification. Outside the reenlistment window reclassification is possible, but you must follow some specific guidelines, you need to visit your BN Career Counselor to get more information.

The only way around the grade requirement is to contact the MOs proponent and ask for a grade waiver. Unless you have some medical experience you are not likely to receive one as a non-medical MOS e5
