It sounds like you haven&#39;t actually started your levy packet. You don&#39;t have to accept the HAAP, but if you do, one of the choices is that you can move your family to your new HAAP location and the government will pay for it. Another choice is that your family can move somewhere else, like to be with other family, at your expense, and then you could reenlist for a different location, or you could still accept the HAAP.
