As long as you are not full-time AGR, you will still receive your disability payments. I have a 60% rating and still serving. I believe 70% is the upper limit, but I don't know for sure.Response by SFC Melvin Brandenburg made Mar 26 at 2019 12:43 AM2019-03-26T00:43:37-04:002019-03-26T00:43:37-04:00MSG Private RallyPoint Member4485720<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes you can. Depending on your rating, you will probably receive either reduced pay (compensated by your rating) or no pay due to rating (i.e., 100% VA). I knew several Soldiers that were drilling for points because their VA rating was high enough that they couldn't receive pay.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 26 at 2019 8:51 AM2019-03-26T08:51:13-04:002019-03-26T08:51:13-04:002019-03-25T19:38:59-04:00
