Whole new enlistment, whole new contract. You'll be subject to whatever the current prior service accession rules are at that time. If you search on here you will find dozens of threads that show you similar questions and similar responses. You will need to address your questions with your career counselor and with an AD recruiter to understand everything that will happen and what requirements are there. You will most likely end up fulfilling your prior commitment before you can cross over to the active component. Current manpower requirements may alter the needs of the different components of the Army but speaking with career counselors and recruiters will help you know what the current process and current pulse is.
