If they are authorized certifications, the Army will pay for them using the Credentialing Assistance Program. It's up to $4000 per year, and you can apply on goarmyed just like you would for TA. My daughter used TA to get a cert in architectural drafting and my youngest son used my GI bill to get Heavy Equipment/Crane operator certs. After which, you can go to MeasureUp (also online) and take free practice exams. Once you score 80 and above I believe, you can take your certificate, your measureup test score, and your unit can submit to obtain a free test voucher for you to take the proctorred exam. ....all paid for by the Army.
