I resigned a year into my initial AGR term for personal reasons and I'm wondering if its possible to waive the extension and go back to my original ETS date? I know i probably know the answer to this but i'm curious if there are any loopholes. Can I waive an AGR extension?2020-01-17T12:14:04-05:00SGT Private RallyPoint Member5452396<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I had to extend so that there was at least three years left on my contract when I got hired for AGR. Resignation would be considered at your discretion and would not release you from the SRR you incurred being accepted to the AGR.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jan 17 at 2020 1:08 PM2020-01-17T13:08:53-05:002020-01-17T13:08:53-05:002020-01-17T12:14:04-05:00
