Can I wear my CIB that I was awarded on my ASU’s in a medical unit?

I am graduating AIT soon and need to know if I can wear my CIB on my class A coat. I’ve reclassify from 11B to 68X.

And if you earn an EFMB or a CFMB you can wear it also (with your CIB).

Yes you can wear your CIB, your CIB doesn't go away just because you change MOS. Just make sure you have your orders, because the stolen valor police will surely swoop at a medic with one.

This has nothing to do with your question...is seen you were going into a psych related.MOS...I didn't know if this might interest you, USPHS Jr and Sr COSTEP, the USPHS analogues to ROTCs, have a program to let those in USPHS in psych related fields serve with Army, Navy and USAF in 3 yr tours, due to a psych field shortage in all the other svcs...I just thought that might interest you, as I'd said, also,.as.with ROTCs, you can also do COSTEP at grad level, as well, I'm fairly sure....

Look up the USUHS PhD.and/or PsyD programs in clinical psych, I didn't know if you were doing associates, bachelors, grad level,.I don't think USUHS has social work, I know that has psych related.aspects.to it, as with LCSWs.and MSWs,.I just figured I'd send this, just in case of might also interest you as well, you'd need to be warrant and/or commissioned to do USUHS, USPHS is also allowed warrants by statute, they just never use them, apparently...just food for thought, if your ever care to chat...as I'd said, I know that has nothing to do with your question, I just have an interest in such career/educ stuff....

You might also find this of interest...when I was at USAF OTS after Army ROTC, I switched, a good many others in the program were intersvc transfers...one guy,actually had Navy enlisted dolphins on his USAF blues, the only time I ever saw that....

Yes. Any award that you have orders for (in the Army) you can wear on your class A coat. There are exceptions

Is this seriously a question. What does the regulation say? Simply reclassifying to another MOS does not negate your awards. Go read the regulation.

The CIB and/or EIB never goes away, even if you reclassify to another MOS and/or military branch. However, you will have to remove your Infantry cord and discs though just as you would for an official DA photo anyway.

If you were awarded CIB it goes on top of your ribbon rack for the rest of your time in military regardless of your job or unit

Yes you earned it. You just can't wear your blue cord and disks because you're no longer in an Infantry unit.
