Can I wear OCP uniform while on leave?

This is not for any kind of personal gain from being in uniform such as discounts or anything of the sort, I simple want to surprise my significant other while on leave.

It's a duty uniform and you're on leave, so technically you shouldn't. If you want to make an impression wear your ASU/AGSUs

If you really want to make an impression why not wear your dress uniform? They are after all the most impressive to most civilians.

Can you? Sure you can. I mean I personally only wear my uniform when I have to and the only time I have ever worn it on leave is when I was coming home for R&R from Iraq and going back. Otherwise, I do my best to not wear a uniform off post if I can avoid it. I don't need that attention.

Yeah you can, just don't do anything dumb in them. You could do your dress uniform like others said, but depending on weather they're uncomfortable compared to ACU's. Though they do leave a different impression.
