I am currently in the Reserves but I have been looking at jobs and internships in Spain. I know there is a Naval base in Rota, Spain and am curious if I could potentially do my weekend drills there? Can I work abroad in the Navy Reserves?2018-06-06T13:37:14-04:00SN Private RallyPoint Member3689812<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I'm trying to find information on working abroad while serving in the Navy Reserves. I don’t have a clue however novel idea certainly....Response by Capt Daniel Goodman made Jun 6 at 2018 3:51 PM2018-06-06T15:51:11-04:002018-06-06T15:51:11-04:00LTC John Mohor3690699<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>There's got to be a way of drilling in Spain similar to the Army Reserves 7th ARCOM in Germany. IMA or Individual Mobilization Augmentee ( I think that's what it stood for) is another option in order to fulfill your annual reserve commitment. Check with you COC and personnel specialist. Recruiters might be able to see about open positions near Spain as wellResponse by LTC John Mohor made Jun 6 at 2018 7:26 PM2018-06-06T19:26:03-04:002018-06-06T19:26:03-04:002018-06-06T13:37:14-04:00
