Can my unit deny me career processing school?

Are you trying to take college classes, additional duties type classes, or something else? You need to give some information with this question.

The only career progression school you are entitled to is NCOES when you're eligible. Any other school is an opportunity that your unit may or may not authorize for you, be authorized to send you to, or even be willing to pay for. In short, you are not entitled to any Career progression school or opportunity other than the ones the Army requires you to attend.

Excuse me, but other than NCOES which by no stretch of the imagination are you qualified for. what possible career school can you be denied???
