<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Not sure how NG works, but I know in the Reserves, 1380s will ALWAYS be honored for official military work outside of BTA. This includes: BN/BDE Conference calls, all LHI appointments, RSTs, Distance Learning courses listed on the EBDL list of paid courses. And this is what I can remember off the top of my head. If there is funding, they&#39;re paid. If there is no funding, they will not be paid until there is funding available. But to say they are not going to entertain processing 1380s....then your command is about to have issues with Soldiers completing their stuff outside of BTA and will get hit on Metrics....in which your Commander and 1SG are going to have to explain to their bosses as to why Soldiers aren&#39;t getting tasks done nor getting paid for tasks complete. <br /><br />Personally, I would elevate this to higher levels of command. Because, IMHO, this is just downright frigging wrong. Basically, they are saying they will not pay Soldiers.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>The DA 1380 is a record of duty performed and paid, for the Army Reserve.<br /><br />The Guard is limited by reg as to what and how they can pay an Mday outside of a scheduled drill.<br />Completing (some) distance learning was authorized for RMP, but is no longer funded.<br />PHAs or medical appointments concerning an MND case can be covered by either taking a SUTA from your scheduled drill, or an RMP.<br />Leadership meetings? If you are talking about a 45-90 minute conference call from home, the office, or on the road, no.<br />The regulatory minimum of duty performed for an RMP or each UTA of drill is no less than 4 hours, and not to exceed 24 hours.
