Can non-Veterans and those not affiliated with any branch join RallyPoint?

I have several civilian contacts interested in supporting veterans through this site and have asked me that very question.

Yes. There's a 'C' tag for them, just like the 'R', 'V', 'SM' tags for the rest of us.

They are out there, but the few that are active don't seem to add much because they are out of their depth on many of the topics raised.

They are welcome to join. 1SG Private RallyPoint Member is correct, while they're now allowed to participate, many do not because the subject matter is a little beyond them and/or as civilians, the content on RallyPoint understandably does appeal to them.
