Can Russia and Vladimir Putin be an EFFECTIVE Ally in the fight Againist ISIL?

I don't see where they have a choice. We now have a common enemy.

Here's the plan: send in Russia first, then a nuke. Boom, two birds one stone. Financially effective too!

I think that Vladimir Putin and Russia can be very effective against ISIS SPC Andrew Griffin. I do not think they will be an allie of ours or France's since we are part of NATO. However we can certainly work towards the same shared goals while differing significantly in others.
