Many times during the enlostment process, the applicant will be asked "... Expunged or not..." However, if the decision to enlist them honges on that charge it is not fully exponged. The individual must submit a expongement order copy to local, state and federal agencies and that point of contact information may be obtained through the court. It does not just fo away by itself.
