Can someone critique my Warrant Officer Resume Summary?

I am currently in the process of getting my Warrant Officer packet together for 153A. Can someone do me a favor and critique my summary? Not sure if I'm on the right track or not. This is only a first draft and not a final copy. This is what I have so far.

Becoming a Warrant Officer in the United States Army is important to me because it would afford me the unique opportunity to be able to use the skills I have acquired to project a greater influence on those around me. I want to have the ability to continue nurturing enlisted soldiers while being looked up to by Commisioned Officers as an expert in my field. I have proved throughout my military career that I posses the indispensable ability to lead, perform impeccably well under pressure, and handle multiple, complex tasks simultaneously. As a Warrant Officer, I will cultivate my leadership ability while continuing to ensure my professionalism is apparent in every task I execute. While being regarded as an expert and a professional is a distinguished honor, it is also a great responsibility. I understand that a Warrant Officer is an officer first, and must fulfill the obligations that are associated with the rank. I know I have the aptitude and dedication required to be successful as a Warrant Officer.

There is not a more prestigious profession within the United States Armed Forces than that of an Army Aviator. As I have showcased throughout my application, I would be a tremendous asset to the Army Aviation Branch. Since enlisting in the Army, I have consistently put forth exemplary effort to further my career. This is displayed in my ability to earn both the rank Sergeant and Staff Sergeant in the secondary zone. I am convinced leadership is a crucial strength needed to be an outstanding Warrant Officer and Aviator. My capacity to provide leadership and mentorship is apparent as I volunteered to advise and assist JROTC Cadets as well as undertake additional duties such as MRT, CBRN, and PPE Program Manager. I have demonstrated the enthusiasm and potential to accept a challenging assignment such as that of the 1st SFAB and thrive. This sheds light on my eagerness and competency to be able to succeed as an Army Aviator.

I agree with WO1 Jhon about rephrasing the sentence he told you about. Also, in your resume you are speaking very highly of you which you should do. You have to sell yourself but the more I read the more proof I want. You volunteered to advice and assist JROTC cadets as well as taking the additional duties you mentioned. However, They want to know how well you did while serving in those positions. They want to know if you excelled. They want numbers. Did you get 100% rating at your BN inspection for CBRN? Were you recognized for being the top MRT guy in the BN? They want proof. You mentioned that you understand a Warrant Officer is an officer first; as a Flight Warrant Officer, we are Soldiers first, officers second, and aviators third. Be briefed in your summary, quality vs quantity counts. You just have to answer 3 simple questions, why you want to be a Warrant Officer? Why should we select you? I think it's great that you're looking to become a Warrant Officer in the US Army. Your passion for leadership and desire to use your skills to make an impact are clear in your summary.
That being said, there are a few things you could consider changing to make your summary even stronger. For example, you could try to be more specific about your accomplishments and skills. Rather than just saying you possess the ability to lead, you could give examples of times when you demonstrated your leadership skills.

The only thing I see is that there is no specific description of what you can do or have accomplished that qualify you to be a Warrant. Something like

I have demonstrated performance in ........that has a direct bearing on my qualifications and ability to perform as a 153A. I also accomplished certification in leadership training in ........ which has prepared me to assume responsibility in leading a large and complex organization in the 153A mission as a Warrant.

One more important piece of information. Don't write like "becoming a Warrant Officer will permit to....."

Instead write as though you are a Warrant Officer. Something like:

As Warrant Officer I took soecialized training to equip me with skills needed to perform the specialized 153A technical work required ofva 153A and in my years of experience serving as Warrant Officer I aquired the leadership skills to lead a complex (detachment, company, etc.) In today's Army.

Think of yourself as a Warrant Officer already living and doing the work of a 153A Warrant Officer.
