Can someone give me some details on the 3ID 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade?

Just found out the unit I’ll be going to. Can give anyone give me a few details on 3ID 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade as a 25U or just the unit in general?

If you know you are going to the CAB there you will be actually stationed at Hunter Army Airfield which is near Savannah.

HAAF if a very beautiful place to live. Barracks are quiet clean and organized. BDE is next to the flag pole bldg1 right across is the main barracks and the soldier center with tv room, pool tables, games, etc. The gym is nice, and in some weekens they have pool movies. In your MOS you will find yourself alternating with the NEC personel located right behind popeyes.

Enjoy your time in Savannah, stay off the stairs of river street after you've been drinkin. Check out Tybee Island, but be sure Orange Crush isnt goin on. Great bars down there off the beaten path. If you like dueling pianos, check out Savannah Smiles but get there early to get a seat/table.
