For example, the warm-up drills are Be Right Here Right Soon, We Found Pizza Behind Popeye's which stands for Bend &amp; Reach, Rear Lunge, High Jumper, Rower, Squat Bender, Windmill, Forward Lunge, Prone Row, Bent-Leg Body Twist and the Push-up. The other ones I use aren't quite PC so I tend to keep them to myself. Just find something silly like this for each drill and you'll be fine. For instance, Push-up = 10, Windmill= 6, rear lunge = 2. If you can memorize which number each exercise is, that's essentially the same as remembering the order.
