Can someone tell me how to send an invite and have it show invite sent?

If you are talking about inviting people to join RallyPoint, just click on your name in the upper right, select "Contacts" and on the right side of the screen you'll see a link you can copy and paste or a button to share on Facebook.

Thank you for responding, but that is not the question. I sent out numerous invites. So far I have one that joined and it shows the invite was converted in the influence details but the influence details do not show how many invites that I have sent.

One of the simplest ways is to send an invitation to somebody who responded to a post that you responded to :-)
1. If you are connected when your cursor hovers over the Rank and name you will have the option to send a message or salute.
2. If you are not connected when your cursor hovers over the Rank and name, you will have a choice to click on contact or salute. If you select connect it will take you away from the page. Then you will have a dialog screen which gives you a choice on how you know the person or you don't know them. Below that is a comment box where you can write a brief message.
3. a third way is to type the rank and name of who you want to connect to. That does not list everybody, but for those who are listed you can see a number of possibilities - unique names like COL Mikel or SP7 somebody are short lists.

LTC Stephen F. - Thank you for the info. I knew that stuff. I was referring to the View my influence score details where below that is the subsection Invitation points and subsection to that is Invitations sent, but it is of no matter.
