Can't email DA forms 61 and 160-r?

Hello there community, I'm down range trying to edit and update my DA Forms 61 and 160-r but when I go to email them to myself it tells me they are password protected and I can't email them. They're downloaded right off of usarec and I'm filling them in. The security on the files says "password protected" but I don't know why. Also I cannot plug USB into any computers on base. Any help please?

I recommend you download from http://armypubs.army.mil/eforms/DA0001_to_DA1299_1.html - no passwords on documents from this site. Once filled save to desktop and then email it. You will need to encrypt it if it contains your SSN.
