I was told by a member of the recruiting team there&#39;s a way to get a waiver for 12 months TOS. Is this true? <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes, training can be waived down to one year. <br /><br />The way to get it waived is that Recruiting branch waives it because they need you. If they didn’t put you on assignment within 12 months TOS then they don’t need you enough to warrant asking their bosses for a waiver. <br /><br />If your branch doesn’t DA select you at 12 months TOS then they don’t need you enough to run a waiver that far up for approval
