Just because nobody can find a copy of a form that says you joined the Army, doesn&#39;t mean you&#39;re not in the Army, you&#39;re getting paid by DFAS every month, you are in the Army.<br /><br />Some person at your JAG or Transitions decided they want a copy of all your service documents to prove you are allowed to be in the Army, and process your separation. That&#39;s it. You are not the first person missing a document and no regulation says you need one to get kicked out the Army.

<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You can&#39;t find a copy of your Re-Enlistment Contract? Have you tried looking in your iPerms? How do you not have a hard copy? Hell, I still have a hard copy of my original Enlistment back in 1993.
